Dear Homeowner,

This is a notice from Herriman Towne Center HOA regarding the upcoming 2021 annual meeting. The annual meeting will be broadcast live via Zoom (registration details below). The meeting will be held on December 7th at 7:00 pm. The meeting will address the 2021 financials, the 2022 proposed budget, 2022 assessments, and changes to community Rules & Regulations.

To participate in the meeting via Zoom, you will first need to register for it by visiting www.HerrimanTowneCenter.com/register, then follow the link on the page to register for the meeting. Comments and questions you’d like covered in the meeting can be added to the questions and comments section on the registration page. Once registered you will receive an email confirmation with the meeting link and a calendar link. Meeting handouts will be made available through the homeowner portal.

2022 annual assessments are due on January 1st. A proposed increase of $5 will be addressed in the meeting. An invoice with payment instructions will be sent in December to the email or mailing address on file. Communication preferences can be customized through the homeowner portal. If your Master HOA Assessments are collected and paid through your Neighborhood HOA, you will not receive an invoice for the annual assessment.

The meeting will address changes to the Rules & Regulations, including the Collection Policy, Rule Development & Enforcement Policy, Design Review Approval Policy, Use and Storage of Recreation Equipment, Excessive Animal Noise, Park Strip Xeriscaping, and more. Rules and regulations adopted in meetings will be published to the HOA’s website starting in 2022.
